At Bikester Global Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition with all tags attached and pack it securely in the original shipping box.

  Dispatch the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location near you.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
